Viena Restaurant Audio-Visual Upgrade: 4K LED Displays and Advanced Sound System at Miami Airport

We recently completed an impressive project at the Viena restaurant located in the Miami Airport. Our team installed several state-of-the-art 4K LED displays throughout the restaurant. These high-resolution screens enhance the dining experience, providing vibrant visuals for guests. The displays not only showcase the menu but also create an inviting atmosphere for travelers.

In addition to the displays, we designed a full-range audio system. This system includes over 20 speakers and subwoofers strategically placed for optimal sound distribution. The audio setup ensures that every corner of the restaurant enjoys crystal-clear sound quality. Whether guests are dining or relaxing, they experience an immersive audio environment.

To simplify control, we created a custom-branded touch panel control interface. This user-friendly interface allows restaurant staff to manage audio and visual settings easily. Staff members can adjust volume levels, switch displays, and control other functions with just a few taps. This streamlined control system enhances operational efficiency and provides a seamless experience for guests.

Summary

Our team installed several 4k LED displays, a full range audio system consisting of over 20 speakers and subwoofers, a custom branded touchpanel control interface and a rack of advanced Audio / Video equipment to make it all work.

Restaurant employees can use channel presets or directly control four different cable boxes from the touchpanel. Additionally, they can turn the displays on / off, control the volume levels and adjust audio or video sources throughout the entire restaurant. We also included several digital signage players to make advertising food or drink specials quick and easy.

Viena is a premium 24/7 HelpDesk partner, our remote PC allows our team to log in to the system at any time to make adjustments or troubleshoot issues. Viena offers the best food and drinks anywhere in the Miami International Airport, stop by and check it out!

Our friends at Burns McDonnell, the world’s top engineering firm, tasked us with designing and building an EPIC, State-of-the-art 360 LED video wall room. Consequently, this state-of-the-art space allows them to physically preview all their 3D CAD files and engineering projects. As a result, it provides an immersive experience that significantly enhances collaboration with their teams and clients.

Enhancing Collaboration Beyond VR

Although many companies use VR for CAD file walkthroughs, VR often falls short in terms of real-time discussion. Specifically, it lacks the capability for team members to see where others are focusing or pointing. Therefore, our 360 LED video wall bridges this gap by allowing everyone in the room to view and discuss the designs simultaneously, creating a more interactive and engaging experience. Collaboration with Igloo Vision

In this groundbreaking project, we partnered with Igloo Vision, whose software suite expertly manages the 3D CAD integrations. Meanwhile, Ascend took charge of all other aspects, including software and media management, hardware design, installation, and implementation. Consequently, this collaboration ensured a seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies.

A Global First – 360 LED video Wall Room

We are proud to announce that this is the world’s first 360 LED video wall room. Furthermore, it is a pioneering achievement, with only one other similar room located in Dubai. Thus, the immersive experience provided by this room is truly mind-blowing and sets a new benchmark in the industry.

Easy Streaming and Control

The system allows the Burns McDonnell team to stream their designs effortlessly from networked computers or through local wireless connections. Additionally, our design includes high-quality K-Array speakers, full-color programmable recessed lighting, and a sophisticated control system. Consequently, team members can easily manage everything using a wall-mounted touch panel or Surface tablet, making the system both intuitive and user-friendly.
