Finnish filmmaker Jan Fröjdman combined hundreds of HD images to create this breathtaking video of the Martin landscape. The images are from the HiRISE stereoscopic camera that is currently orbiting the red planet. This video, painstakingly created over three months, creates the impression of a flight around Mars. Fröjdman used over 33,000 hand selected reference points to combine the images and create a dynamic 3d effect without glasses.
This would look absolutely stunning on one of our Ultra HD video walls. We’re working on a 12K video wall right now and this totally needs to be on it for “testing” purposes. That’s why we always come to site with an Xbox. Gotta make sure the video wall works!
